After arriving in orbit at Ord Mantell & speaking to the General via the Holoterminal, you are instructed to land & speak to Agent Ottau with T7 (not Kira) as T7 is needed for this mission.
Therefore, if you got Kira early & have been a little lax in updating his gear, you might want to fix that before starting.

After speaking to Agent Ottau, who stands near the Flight Droid in Fort Garnik, Ord Mantell, you are informed your quarry is on a small Island, which is located north, off the head land of Oradam Village & Drelliad Village. On this island are level 15 Imperial Troops. The instance looks like a giant Bunker.

Enter & proceed down the lift. Your lighsaber will make little work of the Hydraulic Gearbox to open the door at the bottom. Alarms will blare & 3x Imperial troops will come running (normal). Fight your way to your objective & find Lieutenant Marcovic (Elite) standing in front of it.

Behind him (& will not be aggro'd during the fight with Lieutenant Marcovic) stands a Heavy Imperial Sentry Droid (Elite) with 5525 Hit Points. You no not need to fight this droid to progress.

When Lieutenant Marcovic has been defeated he will turn Green & you will need to interact with him to continue. A cut-scene ensues & T7 downloads the required Data. Then upon completion of the cut-scene Lieutenant Marcovic will again be hostile, but with one (1) hit point just hit him with your basic attack to finish him.

Then you are required to go back to Agent Ottau at Fort Garnik.

If you grabbed the Fast Travel Bind Point near the Flight Path in Fort garnik, it is a quick journey. After reporting to Agent Ottau your mission updates to return to your ship.

When you get the lift down to Knight's Hangar in the Orbital Station you are met by Sith Inquisitor Ferav (Strong - 2190 hp), 2x Imperial Commando's (Ranged - 340 hp) & 2x Sith Acolyte's (Melee - 745 hp) who have Kira Carsen as a Hostage. They stand between you & your ship.

After combat you speak to Kira Carsen, then board your ship & use the Holoterminal on board.

Had a bug in this quest just now, where Lieutenant Marcovic didn't die, and was instead stuck on 1 HP after the cutscene.

If Marcovic bugs on you and won't die, you can reset the quest using the reset button in your quest log, and you will need to go back to your ship and use the holoterminal again.

This quest bugged on me too, but I was able to just leave the phase and go back in. Everything had reset, and I was able to kill Marcovic without any further issues.

I was actually having a little trouble with Lieutenant Marcovic at level 17 Sentinel. It might be cheating but I was able to finally get past him fairly easily by summoning Kira to help with the mission instead of T7. Just as you enter the level and get to the elevator to the lower level, if you summon Kira the game will tell you that T7 is needed for the mission; it doesn't stop you though. The only issue is that Kira will disappear or lag behind a few times during play. Once you engage any of the Imperials though, she'll join in.

Once Lieutenant Marcovic is taken down to 1HP (pretty easily with Kira tanking) you can then summon T7 to replace her BEFORE starting the convo with Marcovic. Then the story can finish as planned.

There's something wrong with the mission affection rewards. They don't match the ones described here.

When the Inquisitor said "So your Master was here all along. Well-played, Padawan. Your lies convinced even Darth Angral," I chose the "Drop your weapon, Sith," response but did not receive any affection with Kira. Kira also mentions that the Inquisitor can't kill her because of Angral's orders, which prompted me to tell the Inquisitor to move away from her, giving me affection points with T7 (lolwut?).

After defeating the Inquisitor, Kira said "Don't take this the wrong way, but I've never been happier to see anyone my whole life," and I replied with the flirtatious response and got no affection points. Kira then said "Angral wanted to know everything about you. Threatened to kill me if I didn't answer all his questions," to which I said that it was all my fault. Did not receive any affection points there either.

Either they changed the affection gains in 1.2, or something is messed up. Could be both. :P

Edit: Yup, handed in the mission and only received +17 affection with Kira, from telling her to explore the place at the beginning of the mission. Maybe the other affection gains only become available if you tell her you want her to come instead of T7. Couldn't break the lil' guy's heart, though, so I didn't tell her that.

I think the reason you don't get the affection rewards it lists for Kira is because you can't have Kira as your active companion and that's the only way you gain affection with them (unless you're on your ship in a group discussion). I tried summoning her just before going into the airlock area to see if there might be a loop hole, but she disappears and shows unavailable (since she's being held by the Sith). So unless there's some other way around it, you don't get affection with Kira besides the first conversation on the ship. Those affection gains should probably be taken out of the "Important Conversations".
