Also obtainable in the Flashpoint: Boarding Party on Normal mode (lvl32-36 fp, easily soloable at lvl42+)

The Vendor Names are Sergeant Rehban and Corporal Kaldeni. Sergeant Rehban sells equipment for commendations while Corporal Kaldeni sells mods for commendations. Both are at the same Location. The location can be found in the main Imperial base at the Toxic Lake Garrison up the ramp on the second floor at co-ordinates -19, 228 (Player) or -28, 528 (Cursor). This is an Empire only commendation vendor. I hope this helps.
