Occasionally when trying to give this item to Mako I get the message: "Target is not a Cathar Champion." And it fails to give the item at all.

On the occasions where it actually does "give" the item to Mako, I get +0 affection instead of the +20 as listed by Grumpykid above.

EDIT: Just realized the reason for the ZERO affection gain was because I currently have 6110 affection with her and need Level-3 gifts.

Kira Carsen: With affection level at 1-1999 this gives +90 affection.
