As with all other 140 rating Main Hand weapons, the token for this drops from Hard Mode/Nightmare Mode Karagga the Unyielding, the final boss in Karagga's Palace.

Exar Kun was primarily a Sith Lord, who reigned during the Old Republic era. He started as a Jedi Padawan for the Jedi Order, however, when he completed his training, he abandoned the Jedi Order and set out for a quest to obtain the power and knowledge of the Ancient Sith. In one of his early travels, he encountered the spirit of a deceased Dark Lord called Freedon Nad, who seduced him into the Dark Side and took him as an apprentice. Soon after he became a Dark Lord of the Sith.
Exar Kun was one of the few Sith Lords to use a colour other than the traditional red, for his lightsaber focusing crystal.

It's only around 300 years old at this point, so it's not "EpiX" yet.
