Currently all Flashpoint specific commendations have been removed from the game, and replaced with appropriate planet commendations.

The vendor for these commendations as well as the commendations themselves has been removed from the most recent build of beta. Black talon gives you commendations for Dromund Kaas

2 weekends ago during the beta I randomly noticed I had 1 of these, so I assume you get one every time you finish the instance?

I assume that these commedations will be used to buy some sort of gear on Nal Hutta.

these drops from every boss in said instance and are rolled for like any other loot.

they are then used to buy gear and other items.
