I have not been able to get this silk from any of the listed missions and my UT skill is 280 and yet some guild mates have. Any updates on this?

Yeah I'm having no luck collecting a single one. I've spent over 20k and many hours, and nothing!
Edit: I finally got 2... spend over 30k... now I need 2 more...

Same here. Spent aroun 20k got 2 pieces.
I remember getting 6-8 pieces easily when I started crafting right after launch.
