Modifiable chest piece that can last many, many levels with the proper mods. Excellent early game armor and worth the time and effort to acquire.

Drops from Commander Ghulil in Black Talon flashpoint.

Yes, if you upgrade it with a new armor, mod, and enhancement you could be wearing this at level 50.

Just posted a screenie with 3 shots of my 19 BH in heavy armor with colors unified to match it Wuddel. Couple posed and one cheering. Pasted the 3 together in Photoshop real quick. I'd been looking forward to the match to chest option specifically for this chest piece since it was briefly in beta. So happy happy =) Will use this thing til 50, even over an augmented player made piece personally, unless they put in dyes and add this or a similar blue hue of dye.
