I literally only did the Esseles flashpoint with 1 other person each time and ran it over and over again leveling from level 10-16 and never saw this drop a single time. I had like 70 Coruscant Commendations by the time i gave up trying.

I soloed Esseless at lvl 45, did about 30 runs or so and this armor wouldn't drop.
Interestingly enough, all other 3 class armors did drop (Trooper chest, Smuggler jacket and Consular robe).
Am I missing something?
