The Forceslayer dropped today in the Lord Gratham Estate area of a normal mob.

I picked this up off a standard mob in Gorinth canyon in the live game. I also recieved an orange crystal in it. I would say that this is a world drop off of mobs level 10-17.

This item dropped for me in the beta. Dropped off of a generic mob in the cave in the "Dark Temple Approach" on Dromund Kaas.

A guildie in beta gave me one. She reported that it dropped in the Dark Temple on Dromund Kaas.

This dropped for me today in the live game from a random Justicar on Coruscant. I'm level 17 and have yet to find a lightsaber to replace this one so it's definitely good for it's level. Mine came with an orange crystal which is also pretty unique at that level. I'm the only person I've seen with an orange lightsaber so far on my server.

It could likely be a world drop, but I'm willing to bet that it's a drop from the World Bosses on Dromund Kaas or Coruscant. The First is the world boss on Coruscant and SD-0 is the one for Coruscant.
