To have the augment slot, the relic needs to be "Exceptional"; ie, there is a chance on crafting that you will proc the version with the slot.

Confirming. Critical Crafting (Exceptional) gives augment slot.

Also important, if you make 2 of these they share the same cooldown. So dont.

I got my 3rd crafting one to exeptional proc.

you can make ie. 1 power and 1 crit&surge-
the global cooldown for relics is 30 seconds (if u have 2 diffrent ones equipped)

It's probably a bug, that will be fixed eventually, but at the moment my relic doesn't come with an augment slot.
