The Orochick (Wondrous Egg) is confirmed to not be in the game at all currently, whoever started the rumour about EC was lying. http://swtor.crystal-dreams.us/?p=1784

Despite this being spread around a lot, there has yet to be any proof it drops from Warlord Kephess on HM Explosive Conflict.
Other rumors have been nests spawning in the instance after he is defeated, that it drops from either difficulty, or involve Orobird Genocide. :/
