Skeksil is right. Clouds of Vondoru DOES NOT award this. Just grinded out 150 tokens from there and got nothing, did Aeten Defense once and got it the first time.

Just completed Clouds of Vondoru, and I did not receive this.

I *did* get it after Aeten Defense. You may need to do just that one or both to get this.

If you're Republic you can get this from the Kalee Fortification space mission.

Check screenshots for proof (added one).

I got this after completing Aeten Defense for the first time. Make sure you have the quest for it.

You get this item from completing Space Combat: Aeten Defense or Space Combat: Clouds of Vondoru in Unknown Regions.
The stats are also different it gives.
+10 Blaster rate of fire
+25 Shield

You get repeatable missions on the bridge of your ship to do space battles. I'm pretty sure the confusion here is that people are just doing the space battle and not the daily, and the item is probably a bonus reward for completing the mission for the first time.

i recieved this item by completing the mission "kelee Fortification" its a pain in the back side i used the emp on the big frigate to take out the guns helps out alot
