@harriel001

Unfortunately, this isn't correct. Power provides identical benefit as Force/Tech Power, the only difference being that Force/Tech Power only applies to your Force or Tech (respectively) Damage Bonus and Healing Bonus. The benefit ratios are the same, and neither have any sort of DR associated with them. Both provide 0.23 Damage Bonus and 0.17 Healing Bonus per point.

It's currently theorized that at one time Force/Tech Power was supposed to grant more benefit than simple Power, or that this Adrenal was intended to have more Force/Tech Power on it than the Attack Adrenal has Power on it. This is, however, not the case in the current game, and this Adrenal is effectively worthless. Same exact benefit as the Attack Adrenal, except the Attack Adrenal also provides the same benefit to Melee and Ranged abilities, and doesn't halve your damage.

JSusie, The Attack adrenals give straight power, this adrenal gives Force and Tech power. They're not the same stat and as far as I can tell you only get Force or Tech power from your weapon and offhand. You get regular Power from everything else. This may or may not be significant depending on whether or not the stats have different diminishing returns applied to them. Given that they bothered to put 2 different adrenals in the game that both give you different kinds of Power to increase your force/tech effects I would guess that Force and Tech Power don't suffer from any sort of diminishing returns while regular Power does at some point. Thus making the Triage Adrenals more powerful than the Attack Adrenals once you have enough power to start having the diminishing returns applied to you.

This however is all supposition given my experiences with other MMOs and I haven't gotten far enough into raiding to notice any difference between the 2 stats as of yet. Some sort of confirmation on whether or not Power and Force/Tech Power give different benefits per point or if either of them suffer from diminishing returns would be appreciated and would settle the debate permanently. :)

This is for healers, dps don't want 50% less damage.

All damage dealt could mean, "damage output you do AND damage input done to you". Hence keeping you alive longer as a trade off for not casting damage spells rather, casting heal spells. Has anyone verified this yet.

Dealt means dealt. As previously mentioned, it is a healer adrenal.

If you're a Sage/Inquisitor, don't bother with this adrenal. Go with the Rakata Attack Adrenal instead. You get the same 565 power, but without the damage reduction.

@ebbnflowz

I've noticed some of the loading screen tooltips take the connotation of "damage dealt" as "damage dealt by NPCs to you".

I'll edit this if I happen to get lucky and one randomly pops up while I remember.
