So far this item RARELY drops. Dont even see it on GTN. However, it does make some awesome low end purple stuff which sells high on GTN. So far from trying and trying, I think these only drop from "Rich" yields sadly. Getting too much of the other gems now. I suggest trying to pick a similar time (10-15 mins) mission where you COULD gain skills, so the quests reset and possibly trigger a richer yield mission to pop up.

Edit: Mission Pugilism gives it for sure.

I have ten (10) of them. 8 of these came from Treasure Hunting Missions (115) which I bought off GTN.

So easiest way to get them is to buy the lower level Rare one-time usable missions.
