The sith in the shadow town seems to drop a copious amounts of these for anyone wanting to farm them

The mods that these can purchase are also BoE, so they can be sent to lower level alts.

The only Sith mobs in Shadow Town are the Apprentices (which don't seem to drop them at all) and the Commander (which is in a phased quest area). Did you have something else in mind?

What's the point of giving you these in the level 31 bonus series when the max level of the rewards is 24? Buy a storage case and hope it can go on your alt?
