Sold by the Shady Dealer only during Grand Acquisitions Race (Imperial)/Grand Acquisitions Race (Republic), a world event that first took place on the week of August 14, 2012.
Because these bowcasters are bound to legacy, as of 1/5/2013 this is only one of six items that can be used to transfer barrel modifcations between your legacy.
The cost of each item in the bowcaster set is as follows:
Assassin's Touch (Sniper Rifle) - 60xToken of Enrichment
Automatic Bowcaster (Blaster Rifle, Aim) - 40xToken of Enrichment
Hypersonic Shredder (Blaster Rifle, Cunning)- 60xToken of Enrichment
Kashyyk's Legacy (Blaster Rifle, Aim)- 60xToken of Enrichment
Light Bowcaster (Blaster Rifle, Cunning) - 40xToken of Enrichment
Precision Bowcaster (Sniper Rifle) - 40xToken of Enrichment
Also note that these weapons feature Mastercraft barrels which are not found anywhere else in the game.
