Don't bother marking how much affection each item gives a certain companion, because it varies based on how much affection you already have and if you are courting them. Use this page to find your companion and look at the chart provided.
A red X means you will get no increase. A star is minimal, 2 stars moderate, 3 is the most. If you see two different levels the lower one will be if you are not courting them, the higher if you are courting. Also, how much affection also depends on their affection level and you should use the appropriate level of gift to gain the most benefit.
Level 1: 0 - 1,999
Level 2: 2,000 - 3,999
Level 3: 4,000 - 5,999
Level 4: 6,000 - 7,999
Level 5: 8,000 - 10,000
