New price as at patch 1.2 .... 150,000 credits (up from 55,000 cr).

Sold by Blearg in the Outlaw's Den on Tatooine.

Take a taxi to Outpost Zaroshe, then head back north east into the previous zone, then north. Look for the pass defined by the huge bones.
Heading towards Outlaw's Den will result in you becoming PvP flagged.

As other have pointed out... Blearg is roughly at co-ords 104: -830
So, once you're in the Outlaw's Den area, head north then turn right and head almost back on yourself to the south east.
Blearg is near a tent at the rear left side of an open pit.

Blearg can be killed by players. So he's not always there. But it's a very quiet PvP area, so he usually will be.

Pay attention that this NPC can be killed, so he might not be present at a certain time.

They can be killed. Just because you don't see one, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. This information is not useless, you just don't seem to fully understand it.

Just to clarify, because I wasn't sure about this: Republic players can get to the vendor (I'm sure Imps can too). The vendor is more on the side of the Den that Imperials would probably come in at, but I was able to run right over there and buy it for my Smuggler. I have no idea if I was just lucky no one was sitting over there waiting for me. I'm level 40 buying this (using Legacy perk), so I'm glad I didn't run into anyone on the way!

By the way, for republic players -- go to Outpost Solara and head south from there to get to the Den.

Specifically, the Blearg is a Black Market Vendor in the Tatooine pvp area. To the best of my knowledge, he is the only vendor who sells this speeder. The stim vendors on Quesh no longer sell the mount.

Go to your map and turn vendors on once you are inside The Outlaw's Den. Blearg is the vendor on the bottom right - the other 2 vendors do not sell this mount.

Correct coordinates are 97, 449 in the free-for-all PVP area in the NW corner of the center region on Tattooine. It is purchased from the Black Market Trader named Blearg.

Once in the Outlaw Den area, the vendor is in the far south-east corner. On the far side of the large circular cement wall pit. With my video settings i couldn't see him until i started moving around to the other side of the pit. And my video settings are largely on the higher end.

I just went by there at 8:15am server time and both npc's were not up, and I've seen them both up. Perhaps they only spawn during certain times?
