Currently provides 15 Champion commendations and a 25% chance at a battlemaster gear token.

actually you get 16 bags - 7 for daily warzones (3 wins) + 1 for weekly warzone (9 wins) and 7 for daily Ilum killing/gathering (30) + 1 for weekly one (150)

you should be getting 16 battlemasters gear bag + 4 champion gear bag per week

You can actually get 9 of these per week. The daily gives you one as well.

To get these, you have to complete the Weekly, either on Ilum, or the one to win 9 Warzone Matches once level 50. So you can get up to two of these bags a week.
