Also, and This makes me extremely MAD, and is incredibly stupid on BioWare, but you Need Social Ranking to wear any of the Pilot gear. For the leg Social 2 is required, don't know about the others because I just wanted the pants. It makes no sense that you need a social rank to wear these, you get the commendations through SOLO space Missions. I can see the social vendors requiring Social Rank, but Vendors for items that don't require grouping shouldn't need a social rank. Especially considering the only Light Armor Fully Modifiable Pants are from the Social Vendors and the Space Commendations Vendor, so in order to wear pants as a Sith Inquisitor you have to obtain Social Ranks
The Pilot's Uniform Set is Purchased from the droid S-1A0 <a href="http://www.torhead.com/npc/evmVCrZ"</a> at the Imperial Fleet in the Galactic Trade market section (SouthWest). The droid stands Behind Ensign Brukes (who does starship upgrades).
The cost for these items has been reduced in the Live version, and are no longer 250 Commendations (which they were in Beta).

These items are fully modifiable. Which means they can level up with you just by changing out the Armoring, Mod, Enhancement, Augment slots. You get Armoring and Mods from Cybertech. Enchancement is done by Artifice. And Augments are gotten through Slicing.
