Ludo Kressh was a Sith Lord during the era of the Great Hyperspace war. He and Naga Sadow often fought amongst each other even before Marka Ragnos died. This sword was supposedly destroyed before Kotor ever took place, but Revan is said to have found it, or at least a copy of it in his Tomb on Korriban. This is probably another copy or the one Revan found.

Expect it to have a Dark-side proficiency requirement if it follows the KotOR trend.

Is this dropped or sold? I see a price but no vendor info :(
I'm guessing the sell price is if you sell it to a merchant, not what merchants charge for this.
How do you get it?

I am light 4, the saber glows red, but attacks with any color crystal you put in.
