this does seem to be the case with ashara for some reason she remains invisible. upon further research of trial and error it seems like bioware forgot to give ashara "skin" when you strip her it has her in a default green outfit and when you put a medium armor piece that cuts off at the stomach it has fill in.

You can give this set to female companions; it will change their appearance. It did Vette's, at least.

This entire light armor set if EXCELLENT for light armor classes since each piece has four open mod slots. Keep filling them with the most up to date mods and you will have top-quality gear that your enemy will not be aware of, thus giving you a slight advantage of surprise in PvP :)

P.S. When ctrl clicking these armor pieces it will appear as though your uncovered body is invisible, but that is not the case when actually wearing it!

Well, Seems like the only way to get it is to have a security key. which you need to have a smart phone or pay to get. GG bioware.
