I got a republic character to make this and send it to my sith chracter (now possible with the legacy system). Not that when my consular previewed the item it looked completely different in the preview to how it looked when my sith character got it. It looked much more like a jedi-type top. This may be due to the fact that it can only be worn by sith so the preview might not work properly for republic characters. I'll add a screenshot of the preview from a republic character to demonstrate this.

This is a black robe that does not show the hood over your head. Instead, the hood rests on your back, much like a hooded jacket. That is how it appears on my Human Female Sith Inquisitor.
