This was found in the chest located in the final boss fight of The Foundry

A guide just told me, it was the fifth boss who drops that item.. Ganjacrew said he looted it with the third boss, if my French is still good enough. Remus said first boss. Lordofchance looted it at the final boss, too. Apparently, it can be dropped by every boss at Boarding Party.
