If you're a sentinel or a DPS guardian who wants to maximize PvE DPS, you're probably better off trying to obtain the artifact Expert Nano-Optic Might Package (which is gotten from biochem via reverse engineering the overkill version of Nano-Optic Might Package) with an augment slot than getting this implant. You'll end up with more strength with a +28 strength purple aug (note that despite what ToRhead says, this implant does not have an augment slot), slightly more crit, less surge but more power (which is the secondary stat to aim for after strength)
