If you only need a few in a hurry, then the flashpoint Hammer Station as mentioned by several others is fine, however the area below is dense with robots & they will spawn faster than you can kill/harvest even a small area.

The Okara Droids Factory is located in between the Vanguard Outpost & Markaran Outpost & south of Remote Outpost all in the Markaran Plains.

There are 4 robots, Okara Battle Droid Ax R2's Level 17 Strong, centered around -948, 140 (Player Position when in the zone) or -949,1340 (World Map Cursor Position); note the minus or you will end up on the wrong side of the planet.

There is also a Prototype Security Droid Strong level 17 located at -1047, 136 (Player Position); basically just south of the above 4 - you would need to fight through several groups to get there at lower levels.

The actual entrance to the Okara Droids Factory is -122, 136 (Player Position) & the factory itself is a plethora of droids.

Higher level players have the Heroic area to farm as well inside the factory full of Elites & Champions which dole out Plastoid & Bronzium.

PS - Don't forget the Datacron while in The Assembly Line Area.

Easy circut in Shadow Town on Nar Shaddaa for regular scavenge.

I ran this area with my Level 26 Juggernaut, no problem.

The entrance to the factory is at 1021, 1508

All of the silver tagged droids outside the heroic areas drop Plastoid as well.
Only the tagged droids were able to be scavenged.
