Color stone you got from pre-ordering. You get one in your mail on all your toons, and you can buy more from a vendor in your fleet area. Only people who pre-ordered can buy them from the vendor.

Archaeologist Unkorsa is the NPC that sells the Crystal. She's in a corner in the Crew Skills section when you're coming from the Galactic Trade Market.

Patch notes claim that new Black-Yellow crystals of higher level will be added to the vendor in patch 1.2. I had hoped they would do this; better late than never!

As of 12/16/2011 after the maintenance, the vendor has returned. Cost of each crystal is still 10 credits. :)

The vendor is now Tunms, and he is located near the southern entrance to the crew skills area on the fleet station.

It's 10 credits.
You can buy it from Reclamation Officer Tunms.
He's tagged as "Pre-Order Crystal Vendor" and can be found in the Emperial Fleet just west of the Crew Skill trainers, in a corner.

This vendor Unksora no longer exists in the crew skills section. I went to every vendor I could find. Mine was actually named Nongta in front of the Agent Hangar Elevators.

It should be noted this can also be used to change your blaster color! Some have said the affect is much cooler on a blaster than your lightsaber.

This is the pre-order crystal as stated. It costs 400 credits in your Fleet at a vendor. You can own multiple crystals at once and it costs 260 credits to remove from an item.

The vendor seems to have disappeared...AGAIN. Why do they keep doing this? I just scoured the Republic Fleet for the vendor, checked every nook and cranny, and didn't find it. I wish they'd leave the vendor alone!

Confirmed that this is the pre-order crystal you get on all your toons. This will last you a while but there will be better crystals out there for higher levels.
