These are returned with you 'crit' on a Treasure Hunting of type "Grade 1 Gemstone" (see the "missions" tab for the specific ones).

The schematics where they are used are learned by reverse engineering 'blue' level artifice creations.

Did "hunt the hunter" in my attempt to get a wind crystal and only recieved the other two. Wind crystal must be a "chance."
