Took me 18 runs to get this off the final boss. I pray you'll have better luck than I did. But being the best looking character on your server... priceless. :)

Dont have doubts. Revan does in fact drop this. But you need patiences. Took me 13 runs which took me 5½ hours... BUT ITS WORTH IT!
