As with all other 140 rating Main Hand weapons, the token for this drops from Hard Mode/Nightmare Mode Karagga the Unyielding, the final boss in Karagga's Palace.

The planet Korriban is the original home of the Sith and has many sacred Sith sites such as the tombs of former Sith Lords. In 'Knights of the Old Republic', it is home to the Sith Academy.
My Speculation is that the 'Blood' of Korriban (that which the planet thrives off of) would be the Dark Side of the Force.

nice crit rating on this one could be a good one for madness assassins or ?shadow balance? but I don't think it would be a good choice for light sided jedi's:P
