You can mix and match the pieces between Rakata, Columi and Tionese to obtain your set bonuses. You can not remove the armoring from this item but you can change the Mod and Enhancement slots.

This item drops from Soa the Infernal one who is the last boss in Eternity Vault. The Rakata tokens only drop on Hard and Nightmare mode.
