according to my artifice screen, it's an orange color crystal.

Edit:

I just created this on live, it does have an orange crystal by default. I tried to submit a screenshot, however the tool is broken.

edit2: Just submitted a screenshot, take a gander.

It's similar to the revered arbiter's light saber, however the middle part of the guard is removed and a pink power crystal is exposed.
