Had 2 pieces of this drop when farming the Talz Taskmaster & Talz Veteran for the 2+ Heroic Joint Training on Empire Side

Soloable for a Sith Marauder at 40 with Quinn out and Annihilation spec. Both the Taskmaster and Veteran are on 5 minute spawn timers and there is also a chest that spawns behind the Taskmaster every 10 minutes. I got the boots & legs off of the taskmaster and sold both for 30k each, however the veteran did account for 2 of the 9 orange armor pieces.

25 Kills Each of both Mobs (50 Total):
9 Orange Armor Pieces
1 Purple Modification
5 Blue Modifications
8 Blue Armor Pieces
21 Green Items
6 Not-Lootable
~48,000 Credits (800-1250 per kill)

The values above do not include items from the chest that spawns, I believe it was a 25% chance of green items and usually contained 1-2 level 36 medpacks. I took some breaks and had to make trips to sell greens and CoD items but I started with about 100k, ended the 3-4hrs I was there with 250k and thats after sending out 4 companions on level 40-50 crew missions (1000-1500cred) non-stop the whole time.

UPDATE: Found a 2nd pair of boots today in the chest.

Forget about the Talz Taskmaster! Dootu Mu Bacha is the best NPC to farm this Item. I have already looted the Robe twice, Bracer and the Boots of the Supreme Set. I am sure you can get every piece of the set from him. It does take LOTS of time but you WILL get the Supreme items from farming him. Also you get a very great amount of credits from farming him, I usually farm him for about 1 1/2 hours and I get around 350K, thats including selling the loot. He's got a 5 minute respawn time so what I like to do is kill him then go to the Heroic Area where the Taskmaster is then alternate between the two.

I spent a few days farming the Talz Taskmaster and Veteran hoping to come across the supreme inquisitor's robe, but the drop rate for this set seems to be rather low - I only saw two pieces over the course of 233 kills (122 Taskmaster, 111 Veteran), the headgear and the boots. The overall drop rate for oranges in that time seemed to be about 1 in 4 for the Taskmaster (32 drops out of 122 kills) and 1 in 10 for the Veteran (10 drops out of 111 kills). If anyone else decides to try farming, there is another Talz champion north and a bit west of the Joint Training area called Dootu Mu Bacha which also has a good drop rate for orange items.

Comments by Erdur0 are spot on.

I would add that since Dootu Mu Bacha also drops this set and he's close by, you can improve your farming with a simple back and forth cycle. This is made all the easier by the fact that they both have similar respawn cycles.

Doing this with a decently geared 50 marrauder I never had to wait more then 20-30 seconds for a respawn, so just enough to update your crew missions or whatever it is you're doing simultaneously.

Just remember to relog after killing each three times or you won't get loot.

Just loot it from Talz Taskmaster 5 minutes before servers shut down for 1.2 update. It tooks me about 6-7 hours killing Talz Taskmaster, Talz Veteran and Dootu Mu Bacha using 2 chars 50lvl and relog after each kill. hope it help some one. Take care and gl.

I have given up hope farming this thing. I killed the named, veteran, then the taskmaster, log and repeat. hours a day for 4 days.

This dropped for me on Taris. It was the Las of theTarisian Pirates Heroic found in the bonus area. There were 3 champions in the instance. I ran it on two different characters trying to farm something else and the robe dropped.

I can't find the Dootu at all....where exactly is it cause just saying its north could mean its at the far north.

I'm having trouble getting any loot from either the Taskmaster nor Dootu Mu Bacha, all i've gotten so far (Farming for about 30 Minutes) is useless green drops and-
one purple (Prototype) from one of the Republic "Ice" Commando's (Or something like that), am I doing anything wrong, Kill Taskmaster, Log out and back in, then kill Dootu, log out then back in, repeat.
Any advice?

yeah but hunting for schematics via underground trading is pointless.... Since you get one schematic per year and most of it is Jedi gear.. Why Jedi? Dont know.. I am Sith.. I see no logic in having Jedi schematics... it is probably just to piss us off... So probably to get this schematic is like to win the fortune... That is very sad... I thought that those missions will be more useful...

yeah that one we are looking for may be in schematics but to get it is like win the lottery or something... Do you too get most of schematics of Jedi armor? And what kind of Underworld missions are the best for schematics? Those for comp gifts, luxury fabric or metals? Or it does not matter and schematics goes randomly?

i do get jedi schematics.. but i guess its really random, i would say 50/50, but the Set we're looking for is not from Synthweaving(from what i get)

That Robe, or maybe the enitre Set, is a random drop i guess..

figure the fastest way of getting it is

a) buy it from someone
or
b) Lockboxes, the blue ones ( u can get some of them by doing Hoth Heroic Dailies, lockboxes arround level 36-40 should be the way to go, dont know if it could be in lvl45 lockboxes or something..

still looking for a way to get more lockboxes, any info on where to farm/buy them?

spent my last Hoth-Commendations on those Lockboxes but just got some other Orange Gear..

Please note that this robe has "Requires: Sith Inquisitor" on it. So you can't have it for your consular :(

I just went on Hoth and Empire fleet and to I said to general: 100K for Supreme Inquisitors robe... After while when Hoth was more populated people started to respond and ask what is that and finally somebody had it... So that is my way.... Place some good offer on general and somebody will sell it to you... But first Hoth must be populated so some people may have it... But I think that now are more waves getting through Hoth... When I arrived at Hoth in my server there were very few people because I am second day early access so I was everywhere little bit alone... But with the time the number of people who may find it is growing... So I think that you can buy it my way:
Just place a good offer on general and do it until somebody will holla at you...

I thought that name should be same for all languages...Supreme = Oberste, Inquisitor´s = Inquisitors, robe = robe... So it may be Oberste Inquisitors robe... Try something like that... But I am sure that many of those germans will know english and they will help you... Try to ask them if there is some kind of german Torhead...

these robes and other corresponding armour pieces of the set are apparently a rare drop from hoth monsters. No idea how rare, or what mobs exactly, all i have heard is they are a rare drop on hoth.
