Can be found around in the last 3 zones on imperial Belsavis (the 40 something area). area is named The Tomb.

Went around Voss for an hour. Found the following:

Alien Artifact Fragments = 84
Lucent Crystals (various colors) = 57
Damind Crystals = 64
Hypertech Artifact Fragments = 5

Therefore we can deduce that Voss is NOT a good place for Hypertech Artifact Fragments. Try Belsavis.

There are 3 nodes that spawn quite closely together at -1029,176 (Belsavis). Nodes shared with Phonds.

The Tomb Area(North Belsavis is pretty much loaded with Hypertech Artifact Fragments

gathered 2 stacks in less than 1 hour and lots of Phond Crystals
