This is by far the best looking chest-piece I came across the first ten levels. It is easily obtainable with Tython Commendations if you just do the normal quest-chains.

If you are a Jedi Knight, make sure you grab one of these from the Commendation vendor in the Cantina at the Jedi Temple before you leave Tython.
