Available from a vendor located in the VIP Lounge. This is a different vendor than the Collector's Edition vendor. The VIP Lounge is only accessible by those with a VIP Lounge Wristband http://www.torhead.com/item/7oFhjY6. The VIP wristband is included complementary with the Collector’s and Digital Deluxe versions of the game, and can be purchased by everyone else for 1 million credits.

NOTE
The whole Korrealis Speeder Family (Korrealis Baron, Korrealis Prince, Korrealis Commander and Korrealis Sovereign) are all now Discontinued as of the patch 1.2! Any player who currently has these mounts obtained them pre-patch 1.2 or has purchased and been storing them in their cargo/inventory after the patch 1.2! Reasons for the removal of these speeders are rumored that they were a project to make the first two person mounted speeder. The passenger seat is still currently hidden beneath the model of the speeder located next to the driver. No information after removal of this item has been released or looked into.

The "Sell price" showing 150000 is the vendor sale price if you were to sell it to a vendor. This is usually 1/10th of the price to buy from a vendor, so the value above is likely correct since the buy price is 1.5 mil.

hey . i know that this is probably a loong shot . but i have seen on a post regarding the corellias commander that u have one , which is probably sold by now , but if u do , i would like to buy it for real cash as i dont have 20 million credits to throw after it ingame :(

I've got a last Korrealis Commander left, on my character on Freedonn Nadd ( EU PVP server ).
I don't accept ingame credits except if it's an exceptional offer, i got plenty allready from my previous sales.

Now being sold, for a limited time, by the Empire and Republic fleet speeder venders for 1 mil creds. At the time of 1.2's release however, this mount, as well as the Korrealis Baron and the Tirsa Prime, which are also sold by the fleet speeder venders, are being taken out of the game for good.

@Snoz - There is only 1 wristband; CE buyers got the band for free; everyone else needs to buy it in-game. So, you are probably talking to the wrong vendor; there are 2 in the VIP lounge (well, technically 4, but the inner 2 are just normal Cantina vendors); one is for CE owners only. The other vendor (opposite end of the Lounge from the CE vendor) sells this vehicle - if you mouse-over him/her it should say 'VIP Vendor' or similar.

Guys am I right in saying that to purchase this mount you need both the digital delux edition and the collectors? I've only got the digital and the post above gives the impression that you can buy the wristband then go and buy the mount. I don't think you can as the vendor wont even talk to me. I think you need tw wristbands.
