The token for this weapon, as with all 140 rating Offhand weapons, drops off of Hard Mode/Nightmare Mode Gharj. Gharj is the second boss in Eternity Vault.

Drops off the Behemoth boss in Hard Mode 'Kaon Under Siege' and the power crystal is yellow.
