I would (politely) disagree - of the customizations, I much prefer number 2. The Hair on this one looks very dull.
On a side note to anyone reading this -- know that you do NOT have to use these mods. I hated the options for my operative's companion, so i vendored the thing for 1250 credits. Not a bad take at this early level. I'm thinking of doing this on Mako as well... I got to know her as a spunky asian girl, it's still a little jarring to see her now as an older white woman.

Probably the best of the three you can choose to get as a mission reward soon after getting Mako.
