To clearify on the info here, it's 1150-1405 and an additional 1840 - 2248 element damage over 12 sec. 5 minute cooldown.

The damage amounts you claim Tyrian are not the same for me. My grenade claims it deals 1185-1447 and an additional 1895-2315 elemental over 12 sec. Still has the 5 min cooldown and shares the cooldown with all the other grenades. Also seems to have a short throw range.

The damage is indeed listed as Tyrian is saying.
Many "talents" and buffs affect the tooltip damage(and the actual damage dealt of course).

If you have nothing that increases all damage dealt or elemental damage dealt(probably a blanket DoT increase even), then the numbers Tyrian stated are correct for this grenade.

I'm at 400 cybertech and I can't find these Rakata items from my trainer - could anyone please tell me where to train them?

The trainer on the station at Fleet had them for me. If you still cant find them (Under "Grenades", if you didn't buy everything) submit a ticket, or try one of the other trainers.
