That is a good suggestion, but in the meantime there is a way to manually do it on your own if you need to. In the url, you'll see "http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#" and then a three digit number followed by a bunch of letters. Change that three digit number according to this table, and you'll have the equivalent tree for the other faction:
100 (Marauder) <-> 501 (Sentinel)
101 (Juggernaut) <-> 500 (Guardian)
200 (Assassin) <-> 601 (Shadow)
201 (Sorcerer) <-> 600 (Sage)
300 (Mercenary) <-> 800 (Commando)
301 (Powertech) <-> 801 (Vanguard)
400 (Sniper) <-> 700 (Gunslinger)
401 (Operative) <-> 701 (Scoundrel)
