Op PVP build

hey what do yall think of this build for operative pvp? thanks in advance!

It looks good. My 2 cents: if you plan to use debilitate a lot (you have the cooldown reduction), might I suggest to put points in Precision Instruments, reducing its cost with 4 points. I know the advantage of guaranteed TA's coming from Kolto Injection, so either way is fine.
