Which crew skills are best for Mercenary Bounty Hunter?

I got some ideas for myself but want to be sure and make other players TRUELY informed about this issue. I got Armstech / Scavenging and Investigation which suits best for mainly for Armstech in itself which seems usefull for a Mercenary Bounty Hunter. But I just wanna hear your comments and ideas about this so every dude who plays Merc - BH can choose the best for him/her self.

There is no best combination for any AC.

There are some pretty useless ones, but not a best combination.

Armstech is one of the good ones.

Quest and commendation gear is so good in this game there is no need for any crew skill. They are just something else to do in the game so choose the one you are most interested in.

The only obvious ones to avoid for a BH are artifice and synthweaving since both focus on force users. Use the TORhead database to pull up a list of each crew skills schematics and see what turns you on.

Artifice can actually be a smart choice - it makes colour crystals, enhancements and all off-hands.

All depends on which route you plan to take.

If you plan on using mostly Custom (Orange) Gear, then Artifice/Cybertech is a good way to go; Artifice crafts the Color Crystals, Hilts & Enhancements for Custom Gear, Cybertech crafts Armoring & Mods. The only things not covered by this are Barrels (Armstech, or buy from a vendor with Commendations) and Augments (from Slicing).

Arguably, you could get more bang from Artifice as a Force-user utilizing Custom gear, but it works just as well for anyone else; plus, you can get Custom weapons for companions and give those the hilts you make :D

@zachary4828 You are right. No need for any crew skills. Just as no need or any mounts. You dont NEED a mount. But you would be a fool not to have one. Same with crew skills. You dont need them, but why not?
Anyway.
Like stated above, Sythweaving is pointless for a non force user. Artifice isn't bad. Armstech, Armortech, Biochem, and Cybertech(along with their associated gathering skills) would all be reasonable choices. Artifice is decent for a BH due to the mods you can make(COLORS!). Armstech is a good choice due to the barrels and Custom(orange) gear you can eventually make. Not to mention good for keeping your companions weapons up to par. Armortech same reason only for......well armor. Biochem is good for re-usable stims and such, and making medpacks. Cybertech is good for earpieces and ship upgrades(not sure theie viability as i just use vendor bought ones.)
Im currently 42 Merc with 400 Armstech 400 scavenging 375(ish) investigation. I always have at least 1 companion out making barrels to RE so i can get the next upgraded version. Always have at least 1 out on a scavenging mission and sometimes have 1 out on investigation missions(they take too long imo).
As for the commendation and quest rewards. I almost always have better barrels in my guns then are offered as rewards from quests and commendations. Even if the barrel offered by a quest is a little better then what i am using at that moment i will take something else that i can vendor for more cash then the barrel. I normally have one better already made that i am waiting until i level to use.
