So everytime I RE an item there's a chance to progress (get a new schematic). But if I RE say, a stack of 10 medpacks, do I get 10 chances at it? Or just one?
Reverse-engineering a stack of consumables?

10 chances, each at 20% (or whatever it's listed as).
These do not add together, else biochem would only ever need a stack of 5 to learn a new recipe, which would be unfair to other professions.
