An NPC named Veldo Balesh, located at Kanner Outpost, offered a quest titled Ravaged Reconstruction which was a [HEROIC 4] and awarded the title "Mandalorian Bane" upon completion...
The NPC and the quest have been removed from the game. The quest area is now sealed off (though visible on the map). As of this post date there has been no comments from the developers about it ever making a return.
