This operation is a bit of a pain to build a group for.
First boss has no tanking and is a pretty heavy dps race
Second boss(es) are done best with 2 tanks
Third boss is primarily a one tank fight, however works with 2 tanks
Fourth boss is a one tank fight, however an offtank is useful for running the puzzle
Last boss is a one tank fight.
Im fine with bioware not implimenting dual-spec, as long as they dont make raids that require retarded group compositions.
@Quicksilver:
I fully agree with you on the operations composition requirements.
As a JK Guardian i have the advantage of being able to tank using a 14/27/0 talent distribution (http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#500dMG0uZIGMoMhdzMM.1). This one is a individually talent specialization especially for my personal guild operations group. Without the DoT-talents i am able to put those points into single saber mastery and shien form. Therefore i can switch to Shien form and use my 2nd equipment set (which is mostly pvp) for encounters that require only 1 tank.
PS: right now we are 4/5 EV hard and 2/5 KP hard (we only raid twice a week).

@Convertible This is not correct. This fight is far from a tank and spank. You may be asking why. That's simple. This boss has no aggro table.
The strategy that I use when leading my raid is as follows (we've cleared hardmode): When you zone in through the door, you will be confronted by four mobs immediately. Tank them, kill them. After this, the boss will appear. He will target a random person and chase them around the room, switching between different targets throughout the fight. There is no way to see exactly who he is following through debuff or change in character appearance, IE. Glowing. The only way is to use your eyes. The boss uses a couple of moves when chasing you around. Swipe, a knockback, and a pound type ability. The swipe will NOT one shot you, but does a considerable amount of damage and puts stress on your healers. The knockback is significant because if you are not in a good spot IE. near the center of the room, you will be knocked into the acid pit that surrounds the room, and die. The knockback will not hit you unless you are in front of him and in range of his back hand. This is NOT a "jump" type knockback, it looks just like swipe, except he back-hands you with his other hand. The "Pound" ability will target a random player and literally pound them into the ground. This does a considerable amount of damage, and needs to be healed through. Once Bonethrasher stops pounding you, you will come out of the ground. Two other things happen. First is that throughout the fight, Karagg will emote and say different things. When he does this, you need to be on the lookout for an add that will spawn and "feed" Bonethrasher. He is nearly impossible to miss as he will have a huge red beam coming out of the sky onto him. If Bonetrasher gets to him before you kill it, he will "enrage." Not in the sense of enrage that increases his damage by 200% and wipes you, but enrage in the sense that he will be granted an increase in damage for a short time, that, if anyone is caught by his swipe will be hit much harder than before. The other thing that will happen in the fight is that two adds will spawn. The tank needs to pick them up ASAP. These are tankable, unlike the boss. In hardmode we have our DPS completely ignore the adds and stay on the boss and have our Tank pick up the adds, and also get back on the boss as there is an enrage timer that must be met. In normal mode we kill the adds just to get rid of them because we know we will meet the enrage timer
If anyone has any questions about this boss, or any other, you can feel free to whisper me on the server Terentatek, character name Talint.
