I read it wrong :) the bonus lifts only affect standard enemies... so will not help in the 3 elite situation
btw If you are thinking of getting this just for the bonus lifts, standard enemies are so weak that lifting one or even two extra is almost irrelevant, the stun CD reduction is the main benefit of this imo
