Definitely works as described for Corrosive Dart. Should also works the same for Corrosive Grenade. Unlikely to work on other DoTs (e.g. Interrogation Probe).

Increases the damage dealt by poison effects by 5% on targets below 30% of max health.
Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.
