Note: Damage and healing values are based off a level 50 character in green gear. Our staff are still adjusting and adding effects to the formulas, so bear with us as we continue to improve these numbers for launch.

I have also been scratching my head as to why this is useful. The pvp 2 piece set bonus extends the duration to 5 seconds, but it still seems not that great. I guess for some bgs it gives you the element of surprise, but it's kind of a gimmick.

With this ability not being usable in combat, there is absolutely (and I want to stress this) no use for this skill in PVP. Operative valor 60 and I have never seen this ability used. I have never seen the word "Infiltrate" mentioned ever in the GAME. The short AOE range of effect makes coordinating usage of this ability hurt your team. It forces the Operative that casts it to either quickly attack before the 15 seconds are up, exit stealth and stealth or take a de-stealth in 15 seconds.

Just for those who cannot see the benefit of this ability here's how it works:

You go in with your team that is all set to follow in pvp (or even some pve situations) and begin to approach the enemy team. SINCE the entire team is now stealthed no one autotargets anyone on your team and you get an advantage. OR you use this in warzone Civil War and gather a team to retake (or just take) the enemies guns without people preparing and calling out team members. By the time they realize they are being attacked you are already there and own the gun.

Guess I could have kept this to myself and just taken your teams with this info but someone had to school you.

Its not designed for fail pugs its designed for real team players who know how to utilize abilities. I bet you probably ask why there is an ability on every character that is free and does almost no damage too.

Making good use of this ability doesn't mean that you will cloak your whole party. It would best be used when its just you and maybe 1-2 others and an enemy is closing in. I don't see the coordination in PUGs worthy of this skill. Even if you cloak 1 other pre-combat, its useful.
