This is a great ability to help take on heroic +2 areas solo. The trick is to shoot the toughest enemy with this first and then use your minute of freedom to clear out any support mob it has, then right before concussive round ends attack the frozen enemy to break freeze (High Impact bolt works great!) and then finish the elite off without having to worry about other enemies interfering.
