To get the most HPS (Healing Per Second) will mostly always be used with Healing Trance for free Noble Sacrifice.
Tip: When using this with Healing Trance, the buff doesn't actually disappear till after the last tick of HT. You can cast Deliverance immediately after the last tick of HT and it'll still give you the -1.0sec cast time for Deliverance :). Can be a life saver when things get tight.
